- A good mentor saves you time and pain. A good mentee listens and executes.
- Good customer service degrades over time. It must be nurtured and cultivated.
- Fool me once shame on you. Don’t get fooled a second time.
- Experience and time are correlated but you can shortcut that relationship. Iterations build experience and knowledge.
- Hanlon’s Razor is wrong. People can hurt you by doing nothing when they need to act. Don’t let them off the hook.
- Sales get priority. Why? Because you’re burning down the cash the moment after your last win.
- Bad quality control will ruin a good thing.
